Team India batsman Manish Pandey played the final match of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on Sunday. In the Under-19 World Cup, India has managed to win the title 4 times so far. Team India also won the previous Under-19 World Cup title in 2018. Then she defeated Australia by eight wickets in the final and was invincible throughout the tournament.
Right-handed top-order batsman Priyam Garg, 19, has scored a double century and a century in first-class cricket. He was part of the India-C team, which finished runner-up in the Deodhar Trophy. He scored 74 runs in the final against India-B last month.
