दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ रहे अतिथि शिक्षकों को मार्च का वेतन नहीं मिला है। अप्रैल का पहला हफ्ता बीत जाने के बाद वेतन जारी होने का इंतजार बढ़ने लगा है। ऐसे में अतिथि शिक्षकों की मुसीबतें बढ़ने लगी हैं। उन्होंने उपमुख्यमंत्री को पत्र लिखकर जल्द वेतन जारी करने की मांग की है। दिल्ली के एक हजार से ज्यादा सरकारी स्कूलों में 20 हजार से ज्यादा शिक्षक अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं। शिक्षा निदेशालय से दैनिक आधार पर मानदेय दिया जाता है। महीने के अंत में स्कूलों की ओर से बिल निदेशालय जमा किए जाते हैं। इसके बाद महीने के पहले सप्ताह में वेतन जारी किया जाता है। ऑल इंडिया गेस्ट टीचर्स एसोसिएशन के एक अधिकारी शोएब राणा के अनुसार, 19 अप्रैल तक, सभी अतिथि शिक्षकों ने अपनी सेवाएं प्रदान की हैं। सरकार ने निरोध की अवधि के दौरान अतिथि शिक्षकों के वेतन का भुगतान करने की भी घोषणा की है, लेकिन स्कूलों की ओर से वेतन जारी करने की कवायद शुरू नहीं की गई है। इस कारण स्कूल प्रमुख वेतन बंद करने का हवाला देते हुए वेतन बिल तैयार नहीं कर रहे हैं। वहीं, कई स्कूल प्रमुख बजट की कमी का हवाला देते हुए अतिथि शिक्षकों को वेतन ज
