According to the National Election Watch (New), Poonam Sinha, Samajwadi Party (SP) candidate from Congress leader Shatrughan Sinha and Lucknow, is the richest candidate with assets worth more than Rs 193 crore in the fifth phase of Lok Sabha elections.
