Citizenship Amendment Bill passed with the support of 311 votes in Lok Sabha
The Lok Sabha finally passed the Citizenship Amendment Bill after midnight of Monday. In which non-Muslim refugees coming from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will be granted Indian citizenship. Who were facing religious persecution there. Delighted that the Lok Sabha has passed the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019 after a rich and extensive debate.
