An incident of rape of a minor girl has come to light in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. According to police, the accused is an acquaintance of the victim. Police said that the accused went to the hotel on December 1 on a bike on the pretext of turning the victim. There, after giving him liquor, filled the vermilion in demand and pretended to be married and then raped her.
At the same time, a sensational incident of rape with a teenager came to light in a village of Sidhpura police station in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh. The teenager was taken from the village by four youths to the garden and raped her there. When the teenager reached home and informed the family about the incident with her, the ground slipped under her feet.
Apart from this, a high school student in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, was kidnapped and gang raped in a vehicle carrying blue light and police logo. Police arrested four people, including the son of a former jailer and a CRPF jawan, on the tahir of the girl's father and also seized the car. Due to the student being a minor, action has also been taken on all four under the PASCO Act.
