New Delhi: Voting for the seventh and final phase of the Lok Sabha election 2019 (Lok sabha Elections 2019) has begun today. Under this, votes are being cast for 59 Lok Sabha seats today. About 10.17 crore voters of 8 states will decide the fate of 918 candidates in this phase. Uttar Pradesh's 13 seats are being cast in Maharajganj, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, Deoria, Bansgaon, Ghosi, Salempur, Ballia, Ghazipur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Mirzapur and Robertsgunj.

PM voted for voting

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also appealed to the voters to vote more and more. Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath voted in Gorakhpur. After this he said that there is enthusiasm in the whole country for the elections.

Damaged EVM here

At 7.15 am, voting in the seventh phase of the Maharajganj Lok Sabha constituency has not started the voting till the EVM machine at booth No. 53 and 54 of Nautanwa assembly failed. Here is a long line of voters. After 40 minutes polling started here.
At 7.25 pm- EVM machine damaged in Ballia booth number no. 129. Polling started here after about 20 minutes.
7.30 am- In booth no. 180 of Mirzapur, booth no. 256 in Ahorra, due to bad EVM, voting has not started yet.
8 am - Polling stopped at both places due to the EVMs in Booth No. 42 and 43 in Shivpuri in Varanasi.
