An 800-year-old mummy was found in Peru, the discoverers were surprised… for the first time this was revealed

 

About 800 years ago a young man was buried on the central coast of Peru.  People made the buried person a Mummy.  His body was wrapped and tied with special clothes.  His hands were tied over his mouth.  His legs were also tied.  It is as if he has been tied in a sitting position.  This mummy has been found in the Andean Mountains area.  (Photo: National University of San Marcos)

 This mummy had been lying here for hundreds of years.  It was discovered earlier this year, when he was exploring a dome.  It was discovered by archaeologists Yomira Silvia Huaman Santillan and Pieter van Dalen Luna of the National University of San Marcos.  As soon as both of them saw the mummy inside the dome, she was surprised.  Because its condition was quite good.  Finding a mummy in Peru can give information about a big history.  (Photo: National University of San Marcos)

 Yomira Sylvia said that our entire team jumped with joy as soon as Mami was found.  Because we had discovered a new page of history.  We never expected such an important discovery.  Now some more researchers are studying this dome and mummy to find out what is the relation of this mummy with the dome.  Was his last rites performed in this or later his body was kept here as a mummy.  (Photo: Getty)

 Yomira says that the time of the mummy of this, at that time the Inca Empire was beginning.  The discovery of this mummy will reveal to us the history, culture and traditions of pre-Hispanic times.  The end of the Inca Empire seems to have begun when the Spaniards invaded in the 16th century.  (Photo: Getty)

 Archaeologists have not yet ascertained whether this mummy is of a man or of a woman.  But when this person died, then its age must have been between 25 and 30 years.  Yomira says that we are trying to collect more accurate information about it through radio carbon dating.  (Photo: Getty)

 Yomira says that this mummy was found inside an oval dome found in the town of Cajamarquilla.  It comes within the limits of the city of Lima.  This whole city is made of mud bricks.  At one time it was the largest commercial center in Peru.  Not much has been studied about Cajamarquilla.  Whereas this pre-Hispanic place near the coast of Lima should have been studied.  (Photo: Getty)
