Hyderabad: burnt dead body of another woman, where vet burnt alive after gang rape

Another woman's half-dead body was found in the same area where a vet woman's body was found on Thursday after a bungling incident in Telangana's capital Hyderabad. The Cyberabad Police Commissioner said the body was found in an open area on the outskirts of Shamshabad. The body was taken to a government hospital for examination. A case has been registered. However, there is no information about the two incidents linked to each other. Let us tell you that a 27-year-old veterinarian was burnt alive by gangsters after gang-rape. On Wednesday night, when the doctor returned to the toll plaza from the hospital, a scooty puncture was found standing there. At 9:22 pm, the doctor told his sister on the phone that she had a scooty puncture. A person has offered him help. After some time, he called again and told that the person offering help is saying that all the shops around are closed and the car will have to be taken elsewhere to get the puncture fixed.

The most vulnerable state of Telangana:

According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), Telangana is the most unsafe state in the country for girls aged 18 to 30 years. In the year 2017, 91% of the total rape cases reported here are between 18 and 30 years, which is the highest in the country. However, the highest number of rape cases have been reported in Madhya Pradesh.

Sister told, scared on the phone: -

Family members said in a statement to the police that when the doctor called her sister, she was scared. The sister asked her to leave the cab and return home from the cab. The doctor said that he felt awkward waiting in the toll plaza. There are strangers around, they are staring at her and she is scared. A lorry is standing nearby, where few people are present. The doctor told his sister that he kept talking to her on the phone. Six minutes later, the doctor's phone rang. When the doctor did not return home till 11 pm, the family members reached the police station and filed a missing report.

The farmer saw the burnt body:

A farmer saw his burnt dead body on Thursday morning, about 30 km from the toll plaza on the Hyderabad-Bangalore highway. He informed the police. Police called the family members of the doctor to the spot on the basis of the missing report. The body of the doctor was identified by the dark scarf and hugged gold pendant. Police also found bottles of liquor from the vicinity.

Police arrested four:

The police arrested four suspects in the case of gang-rape and murder of a doctor on Friday. Those detained include a truck driver and a cleaner. Police expressed suspicion that criminals intentionally punctured her vehicle to trap the girl. The accused kidnapped the doctor and gang-raped him. He was strangled and murdered. The body was wrapped in carpet and taken under the Chatanapalli flyover in Ranga Reddy district, where it was burnt. Police recovered the girl's scooty, clothes, shoes from near the toll plaza.

Accused of family, police keeps on avoiding

Family members said that the Cyberabad police continued to rush them. Had the police taken immediate action, our daughter could have been saved alive. The mother said that after the incident my younger daughter came to the police station to lodge a complaint, but she was sent to another police station in Shamshabad. Police said that this case does not come under his jurisdiction. The victim's sister said that our time wasted from one police station to another. If the police had taken immediate action, my sister would have been alive today. However, later several soldiers with the family were engaged and a search operation was carried out till four in the morning, but could not be traced.

The victim's mother said that my daughter was very innocent. I want the culprits to be burnt alive.

Commission constituted inquiry committee: -

The National Commission for Women (NCW) constituted a committee to investigate the doctor's murder case. Commission chairman Rekha Sharma tweeted that NCW will leave no stone unturned until the culprits are punished. The commission wrote a letter to Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar seeking detailed information. Sharma wrote in the letter that the National Commission for Women is going to set up an inquiry committee under the chairmanship of one of its members. In view of the seriousness of the matter, I request you to kindly investigate and take appropriate action in this regard.

People demand, hang the killers

This incident has shocked people all over the country. There was anger among the people from the road to the Parliament about the incident. People demanded that the doctor's killers be hanged. On social media, people are comparing this case with the Nirbhaya gang rape case in the capital Delhi. Nirbhaya convicts were sentenced to be hanged, but the case is still pending in reconsideration petitions. After this incident, people are demanding to be hanged in public immediately.
